but did u work out after eating? you should do less cardio like running, and concentrate on building muscle. do squats, and lift weights. and drink lots of water!!!! very important:)
lol. My problem is I have inflammation of nerve in my back, and the doc doesn’t allow me to work out at all. i just do daily exercises behind his back. anyway. I have tried building muscles. i got the muscles but not the weight! or maybe i worked out wrong. we gonna see in the next month if i gain some :D. Thank you “fery” much lol
Am not fans of sweets, but it doesn’t work really. I eat a lot mostly. for example. i was invited two days ago. seafood. Ate a big plate of shrimps, 2 large fishes, 2 dishes of rice , and a 2 mid bread.. Still i don’t gain weight a single kilo, I actually lost 7 kilos in 3 days?! and i came back to the 69 recently :/

am from 180 cm to 185 cm i don’t know really. sang i weight 69 kilos “that was my weight for the last 4 years more or less a kilo :S” HELP!
